All our European locations are certified according to IATF 16949 (Automotive Quality Management). Furthermore, the production site in Germany meets the requirements of ISO 14001 (environmental management) and ISO 50001 (energy management). In order to do justice to the environmental aspect, we are also successively obtaining the ISO 14001 certification for our other European sites.
Chief Sales Officer
Sven Ritzke has profound knowledge of sales and customer management in the automotive supply industry and has demonstrated his experience in more than 20 years with Woco Group in various functions and positions. Most recently, he held the position of Vice President Global Sales at Woco Group and was responsible for Woco’s sales activities worldwide.
In 2022, Mr. Ritzke joined the group and assumed responsibility for sales in the management board of the AIS Group.
Chief Operations Officer
Armando David has spent his entire professional life in the automotive supply industry and is homegrown at AIS Group. After many years of very successfully managing the Portuguese production site, he was appointed COO of AIS Group in 2020. While his specialty is primarily production planning, he also held positions in logistics and quality throughout his career. His deep understanding of production processes, his leadership profile and his strong connection to the company set Armando David apart.
Chairman of the Board
Dr. Klaus-Jürgen Kurr has spent his entire professional life in the automotive supply industry. After completing his doctorate in mechanical engineering at Darmstadt Technical University, he was responsible for setting up the Cockpit Systems business unit at Siemens VDO. As managing director, he led the division to a turnover of > EUR 1 billion within a few years.
In 2001, he founded the current AIS Group. Since then, he has developed it into a globally active automotive supplier.
Chief Financial Officer
Stephan Adler has more than 20 years of commercial management experience in international companies in the automotive supply, pyrotechnics and packaging technology industries. After holding various commercial positions for Magna International in Europe, he most recently served as CFO of the NBHX Trim Group in Bruchsal. Since 2020, he has taken over the position as CFO for the AIS Group. Internally and externally, Stephan Adler is valued for his extensive experience in the commercial field and in the automotive supply industry.
